Login Settings
The Login Settings allows clients who do not use SSO (Single Sign-On) to manage end user login attempts and set limits on incorrect login retries before an account is locked. It provides enhanced security controls to help align Cimpl access with your organization's security standards.

Go to Configuration > System Preferences > Configuration Management.

Click the Login Settings tab.

Click Enable Login Attempt Control to manage the login attempts.

In the Maximum Login Attempts field, select the number of times a user can try to log in before their account is locked from the dropdown.

In the Time Window field, select the duration over which failed login attempts are counted from the dropdown.

Click Save.
